How your weight is effecting your mental growth

It is well known that being overweight can make you feel underachieved, depressed, and unmotivated. Those signs are very common among people that are overweight, no motivation can be the route to all the problems I've listed above. But you can fix that with exercising daily, you'll feel way better and feel like a new person. So no more looking stupid after December 31st!


Also using public gyms and even paying for memberships gives corrupt companies just like Planet Fitness your money so they can steal from you, and no one likes that! That why you should work out at home, it'll make you feel comfortable and amazing after that awesome workout!




Many people have shown signs of depression routed from weight gain, which is a awful problem in our society today, that's why exercising daily is an amazing way to feel accomplished!


Another way to feel accomplished is eating healthy, of course you can have cheat days and it will be hard to resist junk food, but it'll be worth it in the end when you feel amazing and say "I'm so happy I started doing this".



Now many people feel underachieved when they look at themselves only to see themselves overweight. I've been there and I know what you mean, but with small changes to diet and overall exercise, you'll feel like a million bucks!


Now most people say "How do I even start?" and all I have to say is start small, try eating healthy, go for a run, try sit-ups, push ups, etc. And remember, Rome wasn't built in a day!
